In a small Township in central Romaniathe otherwise peaceful existence of itsresidents had recently been unsettled bya series of grotesque and brutal murderswith increasing frequency the townpeople would awaken to find a lifelessbody discarded carelessly in the streetfor all to see shockingly each corpse
had puncture wounds to the neck and allhad limps savagely torn straight fromtheir torsos the town was in a state ofpanic as no one knew who or what couldbe capable of committing these murdersthat was until a body was discoveredafter a night of heavy rain and in thesurrounding mud were the huge footprintsof what could only be and inhuman beastswould spread quickly and togetherthe townspeople brandishing weapons andtorches set off tracking the footprintsinto the night to find the lair of thebeast time passed quickly and to theirsurprise the prints led them to aprofessor's cottage on the far outskirts of town the reclusive professorwas known only by a few and due to thiswas generally feared by many the mob
fueled by their feverish hysteriasmashed in the front door and wereimmediately greeted with a massiveunconscious beast lying prone in a largewooden box the professor woken by thedisturbance so that the horde of angrytownsfolk had their weapons drawn andwere hungry for the blood of the Beasthe repeatedly begged for calm howeverhis cries were drowned out by thecacophony of the dozens continuing toflood ina wooden stake was smashed into thebeasts chest tearing right through intothe flesh of its heart below the crowd
settled and then could finally hear theprofessor's damning words which hadturned from a command to a condemnationhe explained that the mangled deadbodies they'd been finding in the streetwere in fact creatures of the nightcount Dracula's minions that had beenset up on the town to draw blood fromthe locals and further increase theirnumbers the beast was a creation of theprofessor grown from geneticallysplicing humans and apes to spawn amutant being trained to hunt and killvampires at the townsfolk let it live itwould have soon rid them of all vampiresonce again returning the town to a timeof peace where people could walk thestreets at night again without fear thesickening shrieking of a thousand hungryvampire bats then rang out across thecountryside as the count sensing hischildren were now safe from harmunleashed his entire army on theirhelpless residence fully exposed
